At LinkedCopilot, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, services, and Chrome extension.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
  • Account information used for authentication, such as your email address and Firebase user ID.
  • LinkedIn analytics and profile metrics displayed to you on LinkedIn, such as profile views, followers, impressions, likes, engagements, shares, posts, and comment counts.
  • LinkedIn feed interaction data created through the extension, such as disliked profile URLs and post URLs.
  • Productivity and gamification data, including daily comment progress, comment text submitted through the extension workflow, XP, streaks, lives, achievements, and leaderboard information.
  • Local extension preferences, such as dashboard visibility, daily sync markers, progress snapshots, badge state, and completion-dialog markers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only to provide and improve LinkedCopilot features, including:
  • Authentication and account access
  • LinkedIn dashboard insights and progress tracking
  • Daily workflow reminders and productivity statistics
  • Hidden feed preferences and disliked profile/post management
  • XP, streaks, achievements, and leaderboard functionality
  • Customer support and legal compliance
4. Data Storage and Sharing
LinkedCopilot sends required account, LinkedIn workflow, progress, and feed preference data to our backend at https://linkedcopilot.vercel.app/api. We use Firebase Authentication to manage sign-in. We do not sell your data.
We may share information only in the following situations:
  • With service providers needed to operate LinkedCopilot
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect and defend our rights and property
5. Local Storage
The Chrome extension stores limited information locally in your browser, including dashboard visibility preferences, daily sync markers, progress snapshots, badge state, and completion-dialog markers. This local data is used to make the extension work correctly and remember your preferences.
